There are many types of medicine called “natural” or “traditional” and the operators also often
call them “different “ or “alternative”. Many medicines have an ancient origin, while others are modern,
for example, homeopathy. Some healers use a simple procedure and practice by instinct, on the contrary
others prefer technological instruments and structures.

All natural medicines are, above all, preventive and refuse to use medicinals in a mechanistic
way and to resort hurriedly to surgery. This is not a matter of rigidity, but it is a philosophical
assumption: in the natural medicine the individual must be the protagonist of the healing process. Thus
the term “natural” refers to a way of behaving and thinking and not to the method which is used.
