The Initiate

The Initiate is a carrier of Power and takes responsibility such a priest in front of its God, but in this case the Initiate is a priest of Humankind.

The Initiate is a medium, an interpreter and takes on itself the noble and munificent human care to open the way towards the High.

Economical and social difficulties don’t dissuade it from the chosen Work.

The Initiate always knows – in any moment and everywhere – to be an Initiate who has been spiritually consecrated to a liberating and difficult mission.

The Initiate bears with straightness and humour the incomprehension and the judgement of all those want to depreciate its Work.

The Initiate is an obstinate worker, aware of aims which are higher than those immediate and visible: it tends towards complexity, evolution and freedom.

The Initiate is strong and knows where its energies must be invested.

The Initiate thinks, is reserved and shows its value through facts.

The Initiate knows how to control itself, how to choose, how to decide and is able to see forward and beyond.

The Initiate acts with faith until its faith becomes awareness.

The Initiate is not in a hurry to act and doesn’t loose a moment to do it.

The Initiate teaches with love, is a passionate of the spirit and knows how to live, to seek and to build at the best.

The Initiate is interested in everything and it is modest in learning and always has a pure aim.

The Initiate chooses the Way and crosses it with intensity and year after year it completes its intents.

The Initiate knows how to think big, to see far and from it point of view Time is nothing but a territory of hunt. It doesn’t live just for one life but prepares its return - or non-return. It is a living part of the Order.

The Initiate is an intense passionate in everything it does and knows how to make together the opposites with humanity, humour and coldness.

The Initiate knows the power of the prayer, of the Ritual and of the formulas which become more and more powerful accordingly with its Grade.

For the Initiate enviousness becomes a stimulus to be better; presumption becomes the occasion to verify its self-opinion; fear an occasion of courage and effort.

The Initiate is on the way of nobility.

The Initiate learns how to talk and to explain, studies hard and it is obstinate to be always optimist.

The Initiate doesn’t avoid responsibility, makes itself better (sure that everybody can become better) and knows how to act on its own imperfections making them a measure of its evolution.
